Printing Lessons.
|
Right clicking on the Weekly Calendar screen gives you the option of Printing Lessons.
This screen lists all the lessons planned for the particular day in the week currently displayed on the calendar. You then have
the choice of printing the individual lesson currently visible, printing all the lessons for the day, printing all the lessons that
belong to the unit that the individual lesson currently visible belongs to or printing a summary report of the day's lessons that
compresses the output to the start, end, introduction, development, closure and resources fields. All reports with the
exception of the summary report print a page to a lesson.
As all reports can be printed to file in Postscript format, I recommend that entire Unit Plans be printed to file, converted to PDF
and emailed to whoever needs them. Most of the time this finer level of detail does not need to be printed. Instead
the Summary report can be used for your day to day teaching, if you prefer to work from paper rather than directly from your laptop.
